Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design and build software across backend, frontend, and internal AI tooling for a fast‑growing product. You will work closely with product and engineering teams, make technical decisions, and own the delivery of reliable, scalable solutions in an environment that embraces ambiguity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑powered internal tools that boost engineering efficiency.
• Build and maintain REST APIs using Python and Django REST Framework.
• Develop and enhance frontend applications with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to ensure software quality.
• Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Contribute technical ideas and improvements beyond assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent English (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of production experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of backend development in Python, specifically with Django REST Framework.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL in production.
• Proficiency with Docker, Docker Compose, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience using cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong testing background (unit, integration, end‑to‑end).
• Solid Git and GitHub practices; public profile a plus.
