About the role

Qualcomm is seeking a Staff Full‑Stack Engineer to design, develop, and validate cloud‑edge software that powers tier‑1 cellular network operators. You will join a talented engineering group focused on network automation and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex algorithms for cellular network solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and scale high‑performance backend services and frontend applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve challenging software problems.
• Validate cloud‑edge software and ensure reliability across large‑scale platforms.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of full‑stack development experience with a strong focus on frontend.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent advanced degree with fewer years).

Required skills

• Server‑side languages: Java, Kotlin, Python.
• Microservices frameworks: SpringBoot, Flask, FastAPI.
• Frontend frameworks: Vue.js, React.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Vertica, Athena, Snowflake.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Software engineering best practices: Clean Code, SOLID.
• Tools: Linux, Kubernetes.
