Full Stack Laravel + React Developer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join its remote team serving clients across Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building and maintaining modern web applications using Laravel and React while collaborating with a diverse, fast‑paced team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with Laravel 8+ and PHP.
• Implement responsive front‑end interfaces using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and integrate them via Inertia.js.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring robust data handling.
• Write automated tests using Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Participate in code reviews, estimate tasks, and take ownership of delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and deliver solutions that meet expectations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing frameworks such as Pest, PHPUnit, Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in building front‑end applications with React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and using Inertia.js.
• Bonus: familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership and deliver high‑quality work.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.
