Full-Stack Web Developer

About the role

FLF is seeking a Full-Stack Web Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications that support internal operations and improve client experiences. The role is on‑site in Guadalajara (with a second office in Tijuana) and involves the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications from front‑end interfaces to back‑end services.
• Create responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using modern front‑end technologies.
• Develop, document, and manage APIs and server‑side functionality.
• Build and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement security best practices and data‑protection measures.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of existing applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business teams to translate requirements into functional software.
