Full Stack WordPress Developer & UX/SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack WordPress Developer & UX/SEO Specialist to maintain and evolve the digital infrastructure that drives our marketing initiatives. You will work on‑site in Guadalajara or Tijuana, collaborating with designers, marketers, content creators, and leadership to deliver high‑performing web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress sites, themes, and plugins.
• Translate high‑fidelity Figma designs into responsive, pixel‑perfect user interfaces.
• Implement technical SEO best practices, improve Core Web Vitals, and manage schema markup.
• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to accelerate development and automation.
• Manage content publishing workflows, backups, security protocols, and server reliability.
• Troubleshoot hosting, plugin, and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, marketing, and leadership teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in WordPress development and front‑end implementation.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and performance optimization.
• Ability to work closely with design and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Problem‑solving mindset for troubleshooting technical issues.
