Full Stack WordPress Developer & UX/SEO Specialist

About the role

As a Full Stack WordPress Developer & UX/SEO Specialist, you will maintain and evolve the digital infrastructure that powers our marketing initiatives. Working on‑site in Guadalajara or Tijuana, you will collaborate with designers, marketers, content creators and leadership to deliver high‑converting, user‑friendly web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimise WordPress sites, themes and plugins.
• Translate high‑fidelity Figma designs into responsive, pixel‑perfect interfaces.
• Implement technical SEO best practices, optimise Core Web Vitals, schema markup and site architecture.
• Monitor website health, performance and security, handling troubleshooting and backups.
• Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate development and automation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver organised handoffs and technical implementations.
• Manage content publishing workflows and ensure proper formatting, indexing and optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and maintaining WordPress‑based web properties.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to translate design concepts into functional UI.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO and performance optimisation.
• Comfortable working on‑site full‑time and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
