About the role

ALS is seeking a dynamic Culture and Talent Manager to shape a positive organizational culture and drive human development initiatives. This senior‑level position will partner with leadership to attract, retain, and develop top talent, aligning people strategies with the company’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategies that reflect ALS’s values and business goals.
• Develop programs to strengthen culture, boost employee engagement, and improve the overall employee experience.
• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations projects.
• Identify training needs and create effective learning interventions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR matters, ensuring ethical conduct and compliance with labor laws.
• Facilitate transparent communication across all organizational levels.
• Negotiate HR‑related agreements and initiatives.
• Set clear HR objectives, monitor KPIs, and promote a results‑oriented environment.
• Drive teamwork and collaboration within HR and across the company.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Human Resources with a focus on culture and talent management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Effective project‑management and leadership skills.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
