About the role
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of a retail location, ensuring an exceptional consumer experience while delivering commercial and operational excellence. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive sales results, manage store operations and uphold compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing retail team, providing coaching, performance feedback and development opportunities.
- Drive store sales and commercial performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing action plans.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising standards and accurate transaction processing.
- Ensure an outstanding consumer experience through personalized service, product discovery support and issue resolution.
- Analyze performance data and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Commerce or a related field.
