About the role
Reserva Huakal is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its sales operations from its headquarters in Mexico City. The role focuses on developing business strategies, acquiring new customers, and supporting the organization’s mission-driven wellness projects.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and manage customer relationships.
- Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data to set targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through high‑quality service.
- Contribute to mission‑aligned projects within the hospitality and wellness sectors.
Required profile
- Strong background in sales operations and customer service.
- Proficiency in business planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
- Leadership experience managing sales teams.
- Familiarity with the hospitality or wellness industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
