Global Print Fulfillment Planner

About the role

The Global Print Fulfillment Planner is responsible for overseeing supply‑chain processes that support a regional or worldwide print business unit. The role ensures smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping while collaborating with planning teams across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply‑chain activities such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping for a regional or global business unit.
• Produce reports using IT systems, analyse data, and develop trends for supply and demand.
• Lead backlog management analysis and gather demand data from country, regional and account managers.
• Collaborate with regional and global planning teams to maintain and improve business processes.
• Review performance metrics regularly, identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
• Communicate requirements and guidelines to planning teams and provide training or direction to junior staff.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2‑4 years of experience in supply chain, operations or a related discipline.
• Preferred certification: Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management.
