Google Workspace Consultant – English (Mexico)

About the role

You will work directly with Google customers on critical projects, providing management, consulting, and technical advisory to facilitate migration to the Google Workspace platform. The role involves close collaboration with client executives, technical leads, and internal Google teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer technical leads, client executives, and Google to manage and deliver successful Workspace migrations.
• Provide domain expertise through best‑practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and technical presentations tailored to various stakeholder levels.
• Educate and align with Google stakeholders on go‑to‑market Workspace solution strategy and contribute to product improvements.
• Build relationships with partners, evaluate technical solution offerings, and translate business goals into digital outcomes.
• Manage service‑delivery aspects such as pipeline, capacity, and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and technical solution delivery.
• Experience deploying or managing cloud productivity solutions (e.g., Google Workspace) for enterprise customers.
• Experience with SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS platforms.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Mexican citizenship (required by law).
• Preferred: Master’s degree, experience with customer‑facing cloud productivity projects, cross‑functional team collaboration, and IT security practices.
