Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate

About the role

ICON plc is seeking a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate to join its safety monitoring team. This home‑based position supports the collection, review, and reporting of adverse event data for pharmaceutical products, helping ensure compliance with global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the collection, review, and processing of adverse event data in line with pharmacovigilance regulations and company procedures.
• Assist in preparing and submitting safety reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate safety information accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of pharmacovigilance documentation, including SOPs and safety management plans.
• Participate in training activities to deepen understanding of pharmacovigilance practices and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for teamwork.
• Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles (training provided).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
