Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will develop visual solutions across print, digital, packaging, environmental signage and motion media to support Herbalife’s brand. Working closely with writers, production artists and the Design Manager, you will ensure brand consistency while bringing industry best practices to every project.

Key responsibilities

• Design and art‑direct marketing, event and sales materials for print, web, video and environmental branding.
• Maintain Herbalife brand guidelines across all touch points and contribute to the creation of new style guides.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualise and execute creative ideas.
• Integrate copy and visual elements into compelling solutions for packaging, advertising, facilities branding and more.
• Manage project timelines, communicate with project managers and meet deadlines consistently.
• Provide occasional art‑direction or design direction for other sub‑teams as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design experience in an advertising agency, design firm or in‑house corporate environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Advertising or related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills, with ability to handle multiple overlapping projects.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications.
• Motion‑graphics software – Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.
• Presentation development tools (PowerPoint, etc.).
