Graphic Designer – Mexico City

About the role

Novibet is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its Mexico City office. You will be responsible for producing visual assets that support digital, social, CRM, campaign and event initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital, social media, CRM, campaigns, events and promotions.
• Adapt global brand materials for the local Mexican market.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CRM, Media teams and external agencies.
• Prepare production-ready files for various media.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement of creative processes and stay updated on design trends.
• Maintain Novibet Mexico’s visual identity in all communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and creative design work.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating digital, social, print, OOH and video assets.
• Motion graphics skills (nice to have).
