Graphic Designer (Remote, Contract, Pay‑Per‑Project)

About the role

Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a remote Graphic Designer on a contract, pay‑per‑project basis. You will create marketing visuals for real‑estate agents and small‑business partners, delivering logos, social media graphics, brochures, and email templates.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, social media posts, brochures, and email templates tailored to each client’s brand.
• Incorporate client feedback quickly, including occasional live Zoom check‑ins.
• Manage your own project queue, set realistic timelines, and communicate progress proactively.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends relevant to real‑estate and small‑business marketing.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency, freelance, or in‑house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work.
• Excellent written English communication skills.

What we offer

• Pay‑per‑project rates with a typical monthly earnings range of $600–$1,400.
