About the role

We are looking for a visionary leader to head our Kindergarten and Elementary programs at International Schools. Our children and students are at the heart of everything we do, and their success drives our mission. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality early childhood education while ensuring wellbeing, safety, and compliance with standards. You will lead a dedicated team, foster an inclusive culture, and continuously improve learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee early childhood education programs and staff.
• Develop and implement curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Ensure compliance with early childhood education standards and regulations.
• Monitor and report on program performance and metrics.
• Provide training and support to early childhood educators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in early childhood education management.
• Professional certification in early childhood education preferred.

• Strong leadership and early childhood education management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and standards.
