About the role
The Head of Facility Management for LATAM will lead DHL Corporate Real Estate (CRE) FM activities across the region, providing expert guidance and implementing global FM strategies. This senior position reports to the Head of CRE Sub‑Regions and drives sustainability initiatives for existing buildings.
Key responsibilities
- Lead FM Real Estate activities in LATAM sub‑regions and implement global FM plans.
- Guide Heads of LATAM Sub‑Regions and local FM teams on FM services and roadmap.
- Develop and manage a standardized FM service offering across LATAM.
- Direct implementation and growth of FM services, including data‑management tool adoption and data integration.
- Advise regional BU managers on FM service bundles and potential gains.
- Oversee Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, Asset Management, and Occupancy Optimization.
- Promote internal knowledge sharing within the LATAM FM community.
- Support vendor selection and foster strategic synergies for FM operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading Facility Management activities in the LATAM region.
- Strong ability to develop business cases and manage project implementation.
- Experience guiding senior business leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of sustainability programs for commercial buildings.
