Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to own end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a range of clinical and non‑clinical positions across Mexico. The ideal candidate is well‑connected in the local healthcare market, highly organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions while delivering a superior candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Source nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals and support teams via job boards, networking, referrals, social media and proactive market mapping.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit and professional competencies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
• Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement and ensure compliance with Mexican employment regulations.
• Track recruitment activity, maintain accurate ATS records and generate reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Direct experience recruiting within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare talent markets, hiring challenges and workforce trends in Mexico.
• Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish with strong English communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset and ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
