HR Advisor

About the role

Join Carrier Global Corporation’s fast‑paced Human Resources team supporting the Mexico region. As an HR Advisor you will help hourly employees navigate HR policies, benefits, payroll and programs while contributing to continuous improvement of HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to hourly employees on HR policies, benefits, payroll and programs, primarily face‑to‑face.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure efficient service delivery for hourly processes.
• Assist with administration of onboarding, off‑boarding, talent and performance management initiatives.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to the development and improvement of procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced conversational English and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with high integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively, handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS tools, preferably Workday.
