HR Business Partner – Amazon Logistics

About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the Amazon Logistics Mexico team by partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business results through effective people strategies. This role independently manages DMX2 projects and acts as a strategic advisor on performance, development, and culture initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on site‑related business priorities and DMX2 project delivery.
• Consult employees and managers on performance improvement, coaching plans, team meetings, development, and promotions.
• Develop and strengthen site culture in collaboration with multiple leadership teams.
• Provide input on organizational design, succession planning, and attrition risk assessments.
• Implement communication plans for organizational changes and ensure smooth transitions.
• Conduct diagnostics on employee relations and workplace issues, and partner with management on labor agreements.
• Lead engagement activities, audits, and health monitoring for the site.
• Facilitate talent discussions, identify promotion candidates, and manage internal communications for training programs.
• Analyze HR data, share insights, and recommend process improvements for attendance, attrition, and staffing.
• Draft, roll out, and maintain HR policies, ensuring business adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR advisory role.
• Strong understanding of leadership principles and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with organizational design, succession planning, and change communication.
• Ability to diagnose and address employee relations and labor issues.
• Skilled in talent management, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing HR metrics.
