HR Generalist – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join AoFrio on a 12‑month contract at our Innovation Centre in Querétaro. You will be the primary HR point of contact for Mexico, delivering end‑to‑end HR support for a multicultural and geographically dispersed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, off‑boarding and employee relations.
• Administer HR systems, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Mexican labour law and AoFrio’s global policies.
• Coordinate payroll, support recruitment processes and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies, drive continuous improvement and leverage AI‑enabled HR tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labour legislation and regional compliance.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with multicultural, dispersed teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Communications or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, particularly HiBob.
