Human Resources Generalist

About the role

SSOE is seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to support its fast‑growing organization. You will play a key part in hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee development while helping the company maintain compliance and a strong workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting vacancies to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Draft employment contracts and register new employees in internal systems.
• Coordinate delivery of work equipment and tools for new staff.
• Monitor vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and related deductions.
• Handle terminations, deregistration, and conduct exit interviews.
• Provide employee counseling, support managers with staff development, and assist with corrective action programs.
• Administer medical, life, and other benefit plans in partnership with the Corporate Benefits Team.
• Assist in drafting and updating policies, procedures, and internal portal content.
• Support organizational development activities, performance evaluations, training needs analysis, and compliance with NOM035.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of practical HR experience in a corporate environment.
