Human Resources Representative

About the role

The Human Resources Representative partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to coordinate key HR initiatives and enhance the employee experience across the organization. This role ensures that engagement and talent programs are executed consistently, tracked accurately, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of employee engagement initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with plans.
• Support planning and follow‑up of employee survey action plans, tracking completion with leaders and HR teams.
• Assist in organizing organizational initiatives such as engagement strategies and leadership development activities.
• Administer early talent programs by coordinating onboarding, tracking progress, and managing stakeholder follow‑up.
• Manage communication and follow‑up tasks to maintain consistency across HR initiatives.
• Track and report data related to engagement and HR programs, maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain documentation for HR initiatives, ensuring information is current and accessible.
• Identify execution gaps and coordinate updates to HR processes and programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, organizational development, internal communications, or a related area.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish for written and verbal business communication.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
