Industrial Engineer

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer to lead the development and optimisation of production lines within the TEF6 area. You will be responsible for creating standardized work, conducting time studies, and improving ergonomics to boost efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop standardized work activities using Time Studies and MTM‑1 analysis.
• Balance operator tasks, create operator instructions (PQIs), capacity tables, and bottleneck matrices.
• Perform ergonomics analyses, conduct Ergo‑checks, and implement improvements.
• Design and improve line layouts, define accessories/racks, and support routing creation in SAP (CAPP).
• Participate in validation and installation of new production lines or equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement (CIP) projects, calculate productivity forecasts, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Train associates on ergonomics, MTM‑1, and standardized work methods.
• Support automation, digitalisation, and simulation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in automotive or electronics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
