Information Systems Trainee

About the role

The Information Systems (IS) Trainee will assist the IS department in daily operations, project implementations, and system maintenance within a manufacturing environment, gaining practical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for end‑users.
• Support deployment and configuration of new IT equipment and applications.
• Participate in IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance activities.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Perform data entry and basic data analysis for IS projects.
• Collaborate with IS team members on various tasks and initiatives.
• Provide support for network connectivity and telecommunication systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the IS Manager.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Spanish language skills (reading and speaking) are a plus.
