Infrastructure Services Coordinator

About the role

Bosch is looking for a full-time Infrastructure Services Coordinator in San Luis Potosí. The role coordinates, operates and administers Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for civil maintenance, manages civil projects and leads the infrastructure team to deliver quality results on time and with cost improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, operate and administer TPM applicable to civil maintenance, including its monitoring, attention and troubleshooting.
• Manage the installation and operation of civil maintenance activities and machinery movement according to new site requirements.
• Coordinate civil projects, remodelations, new constructions and civil improvements, and implement infrastructure-saving projects.
• Improve utilities within the plant and lead the infrastructure team to results.
• Inform workers about reporting incidents, hazards, risks and opportunities, and about the consequences of not doing so.
• Comply with operational controls of the work area and follow emergency protocols.
• Promote safety, health and environmental protection in line with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

Required profile

• Civil and mechanical engineering degree with experience in real estate projects.
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role, leading strategies and managing people.
• Knowledge of local civil process rules in San Luis Potosí.
• Fluent spoken and written English (B2 to C1).
