About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Bosch team in Celaya, Mexico. You will ensure that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in customer and product meetings.
• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive test cases and QA protocols.
• Identify, document, and analyze defects, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective recommendations.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.
• Handle customer complaints, close 8D reports, and manage PPAP packages for client approval.
• Update PFMEA, Control Plans, and maintain information on customer portals.
• Implement containment actions to prevent customer impact.
• Participate in internal and client audits and contribute to process‑improvement projects.
• Train teams on specific quality topics such as special characteristics and concessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related quality‑management roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and standards (ISO, Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.
