Installation Supervisor – Guadalajara

About the role

KONE is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead safe, high‑quality, and efficient installation of elevators, escalators and automatic doors in Guadalajara. You will coordinate site preparation, manage the installation team, and ensure smooth handovers to customers and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality and productivity during installation and handover, raising corrective actions for any non‑conformities.
• Plan and organise installation activities, site storage, logistics and resource allocation.
• Verify site execution plans, financial forecasts and material deliveries (MS 3c, MS 3x) throughout the project.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives following LEAN principles and conduct regular team huddles.
• Maintain customer relationships, communicate project status and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Installation Supervisor in the construction or elevator industry.
• Engineering or administrative education background.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Strong leadership, safety focus and ability to manage subcontractors.
