Acerca del puesto
Buscamos intérpretes bilingües para brindar interpretación inglés‑español en llamadas de tres vías, especialmente en situaciones médicas y emergencias 911, bajo modalidad 100% remota.
Responsabilidades principales
- Interpretar conversaciones en inglés y español durante llamadas críticas.
- Apoyar a usuarios que no dominan el idioma en situaciones de emergencia y médicas.
Perfil requerido
- Inglés nivel B2 mínimo (C2 deseable).
- Bachillerato concluido y edad entre 18 y 50 años.
- Conexión a Internet estable (mínimo 3 Mbps) y espacio de trabajo exclusivo.
Habilidades requeridas
- Experiencia en call center (preferente).
- Uso de PC o laptop con Windows 10/11 o macOS 12+ o Chromebook actualizado.
Lo que ofrecemos
- Sueldo mensual de $16,000 MXN.
- Prestaciones de ley.
- Apoyo mensual de $250 MXN para internet.
- Horario flexible y modalidad 100% home office.
