Investigator Engagement Apprentice

About the role

This apprenticeship supports the Investigator Engagement team at Lilly, helping ensure smooth study start‑up and patient enrollment across research sites.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with research sites, overseeing site vendor certification and timely follow‑up.
• Verify availability and status of critical resources such as equipment calibration and laboratory kits.
• Provide individualized support to sites on Lilly processes, tools, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Leads on operational management, data analysis and visualization.
• Identify operational risks and propose strategic solutions to optimize processes.

Required profile

• Graduation date after October 2027.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Pursuing a degree in a science‑related field.
• Available to work mornings (desirable).
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, learning agility and strong communication skills.
