Bilingual Emotional Consultant – Evening Shift

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, resilient, and passionate Bilingual Emotional Consultant to join our clinical operations team in Mexico City. You will be the primary point of contact for employees of corporate clients facing acute mental‑health challenges, delivering immediate crisis containment, brief evidence‑based interventions, and case management in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24‑hour critical‑incident response and crisis containment for employees.
• Deliver brief, evidence‑based therapeutic interventions and ongoing case management.
• Serve as the main liaison for corporate clients’ mental‑health needs in English and Spanish.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a valid professional license; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of direct clinical practice using Cognitive‑Behavioral Therapy.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) and native‑level Spanish.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure to meet 24‑hour incident SLAs.
• Comfort with multicultural, international workforce environments.

Required skills

• Experience using telehealth platforms.
