About the role

At Koltin, the Home Care Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Home Care unit, ensuring nurses are deployed, tools are built, and systems run smoothly to support older adults across Mexico. You will work in a high‑performance, data‑driven environment where ownership and rapid execution are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the team’s task board, ensuring timely task completion, controlled work‑in‑progress, and organized backlog.
• Supervise field nurses and monitor home visits through operational dashboards.
• Design, build, and maintain internal tools such as Google Sheets dashboards, automations, scripts, and data integrations.
• Handle administrative and procurement tasks to maintain compliance across multiple areas.
• Document processes and protocols to preserve institutional memory.
• Coordinate cross‑departmentally to keep projects moving forward.
• Negotiate with suppliers and source missing resources to keep operations running.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.
• Deliver high‑quality, reliable dashboards and systems for daily use.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatching, or field‑team coordination.
• Proven ability to take full ownership of problems and create practical solutions without detailed instructions.
• Comfortable moving between administrative errands and data‑driven spreadsheet optimization.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and builds structure where none exists.
• Strong focus on data accuracy, understanding that operational quality depends on it.
• Adaptable to change and ready to support new initiatives such as “hospital at home.”

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and operational dashboards.
• Experience building automations using Google Apps Script, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Ability to create and maintain data integrations and scripts.
