Inventory Analyst (US Operations)

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Analyst (US Operations) with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to join our US Operations team in Mexico City. The role is responsible for analyzing, monitoring and optimizing inventory levels across 3PL warehouses to support service, cost and working capital objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Logistics team on daily reconciliation of inventory records across internal systems and 3PL warehouses.
• Identify, monitor and proactively manage slow‑moving, excess and obsolete inventory, including timely liquidation and disposal in partnership with Sales and warehouse teams.
• Plan and control auxiliary materials required for repacking activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key inventory KPIs.
• Support monthly inventory reviews and executive reporting.
• Align cross‑functionally with Logistics and Finance on inventory reserves, accruals and related financial items.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in inventory planning, control and reconciliation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Logistics, Finance, Sales and Demand Planning teams.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to managing excess and obsolete stock.
