IT Director – Strategic Digital Transformation & AI Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to act as a strategic partner, driving technology, digital transformation and artificial intelligence initiatives across the organization. The role combines high‑level strategic planning with hands‑on leadership of complex IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and lead the overall IT strategy, embedding AI as a core business enabler.
• Identify, evaluate and steer AI projects across sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance and HR.
• Prepare and manage the annual IT budget, prioritising automation and digital transformation investments.
• Establish guidelines for the responsible, secure and ethical use of artificial intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Guarantee availability, stability and continuity of IT services, ERP systems and digital platforms.
• Drive intelligent process automation to reduce errors, rework and operational costs.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 technical and functional professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration or Digital Transformation preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC ≥ 750 or equivalent).
• 15+ years of experience in senior IT leadership roles (IT Director, CIO, Senior IT Manager), preferably in multinational manufacturing with global operations.
• Proven expertise in cybersecurity, information‑security strategy, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with advanced analytics and AI solutions that improve business effectiveness.
• Strong background in governance and administration of ERP platforms and corporate systems.
• Demonstrated success in cloud‑based application implementation and hybrid‑cloud infrastructure design.
• Track record of leading corporate digital‑transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
