IT Regional Architect – LATAM & Canada

About the role

PMI is seeking an IT Regional Architect for LATAM & Canada to define and govern the technology architecture across multiple markets. The role ensures that digital solutions are integrated, scalable, and aligned with global platforms, enabling seamless consumer and B2B experiences at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the regional architecture blueprint across all markets.
• Align local initiatives with global platforms and drive integration of websites, CRM, consumer‑care, retail and partner platforms.
• Evaluate new initiatives from an architectural perspective, guaranteeing scalability, high performance and long‑term sustainability.
• Plan the transition toward a multi‑category ecosystem, one‑to‑one personalization and global platform adoption.
• Partner with regional IT leadership, global product & technology teams, and commercial/consumer functions to influence architecture decisions.
• Ensure compliance with reliability, performance, resilience and disaster‑recovery standards, providing guidance to solution architects during delivery.
• Potentially build and lead a small team of 1–2 solution architects.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of IT experience with progression from solution architecture to enterprise or regional architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing end‑to‑end digital ecosystems for large, multi‑market organizations.
• Strong ability to work with global and regional stakeholders and influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing complex integration projects, assessing risks and investment needs.
