IT Support Engineer – Mexico City

About the role

ON.energy is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its Mexico City office. The candidate will ensure the stability and security of Windows‑based systems, support end‑users, and uphold corporate IT standards in a fast‑growing AI infrastructure company.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enforce corporate IT guidelines and compliance.
• Maintain and protect corporate assets and data.
• Implement best practices and keep infrastructure operational.
• Respond to and resolve user requests and incidents.
• Manage tasks from initiation through closure.
• Install, configure, and update software on Windows 10/11 Pro devices.
• Safeguard personal and corporate data confidentiality.
• Report to Technology and Software Management teams.

Required profile

• IT professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong documentation habits for tasks, events, and incidents.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage time efficiently, and make sound judgments.
• Experience working remotely and supporting users remotely.

Required skills

• Installation, configuration, and updating of Windows 10/11 Pro.
• Windows user administration.
• TPM 2.0 and BitLocker management.
• Administration, control, and remote support tools.
• Risk assessment (preferred).
• Linux administration (preferred).
• Disk image creation and restoration (preferred).
• Agile methodology familiarity (preferred).
