IT Support Engineer – Onsite (Mexico City)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure a seamless technology experience for our customers and internal users. The role combines on‑site and remote support, handling hardware, software, network, and device issues while preparing technical environments for briefings, demos, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging and resolving high‑priority incident tickets (P2/P3) within defined SLAs.
• Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting laptops, workstations, servers, mobile devices, and customer‑facing technology.
• Preparing rooms and technical setups for customer briefings, training sessions, and special events.
• Managing service requests, change requests, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitoring SLA timelines, escalating when necessary, and participating in service review meetings.
• Documenting incidents, root‑cause analyses, and mitigation actions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on IT support experience for customers, visitors, and internal teams.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
• Intermediate spoken English and ability to work onsite in Vasco de Quiroga, Santa Fe, Mexico City.
