Missions principales

• Device & System Management: Manage the macOS fleet using Kandji MDM, including deployments, policy enforcement, and OpenVPN configuration.
• Access & Identity Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of user access (onboarding/offboarding), SSO management, and permission controls.
• Technical Support: Resolve user requests efficiently via Slack and Jira, providing support for macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Automation & Tooling: Contribute to internal tool development using AI-assisted coding (e.g., Claude Code) and automate repetitive tasks to reduce operational load.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with the SRE team and maintain rigorous documentation through runbooks and internal guides.

Profil recherché

• Curious and hands-on professional with a strong desire to solve complex technical problems.
• Ambitious engineer looking for a springboard towards Infrastructure, Reliability (SRE), or Platform Engineering.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and scalability.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in macOS administration and MDM solutions (Kandji preferred).
• Experience with Identity Providers, SSO, and access management protocols.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira) and communication tools (Slack).
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
• Interest or experience in AI-assisted development and automation scripting.
