IT Support Technician (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and dependable IT Support Technician to join our growing team in León, Mexico. This hybrid position supports both internal team members and external workforce professionals, ensuring technology runs smoothly in a fast‑paced, global business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal staff and external professionals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user‑access issues.
• Assist with user onboarding, setup, and technical configurations.
• Support business systems, applications, and productivity tools.
• Manage and respond to support requests promptly.
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to users.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the user experience.
• Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to process improvements and foster a positive support experience.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• High level of accountability and ownership.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.
