IT Support Technician (Hybrid, León, Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our growing team in León, Mexico. This hybrid position supports both internal staff and external workforce professionals, ensuring technology runs smoothly in a fast‑paced, global environment. The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, clear communication, and a commitment to helping users resolve technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal team members and external professionals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access problems.
• Assist with user onboarding, setup, and configuration of devices.
• Support business systems, applications, and productivity tools.
• Manage and respond to support requests promptly.
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to users.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the experience.
• Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to process improvements and a positive support experience.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Accountability and ownership of tasks.
• Based in or near León, Mexico.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday during EST business hours.

Required skills

• Windows 11 operating system.
• Microsoft Teams.
• Office 365 suite.
