IT Support Technician (Hybrid, León, MX)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and dependable IT Support Technician to join our growing team in León, México. This hybrid position supports both internal staff and external workforce professionals, ensuring technology runs smoothly in a fast‑paced, global environment. The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping others.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal team members and external workforce professionals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues.
• Assist with user onboarding, setup, and technical configurations.
• Support business systems, applications, and productivity tools.
• Manage and respond to support requests promptly.
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to users.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the user experience.
• Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to process improvements and help create a positive support experience.

Required profile

• Proactive, reliable, and accountable.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with global teams.
