IT Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide onsite assistance to end‑users and maintain the office IT infrastructure in our Querétaro location. The role combines day‑to‑day troubleshooting, asset lifecycle management and support for projects and events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user‑related issues.
• Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.
• Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points and related infrastructure.
• Assist with smart‑office solutions, digital signage and conference‑room technologies.
• Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.
• Receive, label, image, deploy, track and maintain IT assets.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal and stock management.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations and infrastructure projects.
• Provide remote‑hands support and escort third‑party vendors when required.

Required profile

• Experience delivering end‑user support for Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with office IT infrastructure and basic networking (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Experience in hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.
