IT Support Technician – Onsite End‑User & Infrastructure Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to deliver onsite end‑user assistance, manage office infrastructure and oversee hardware assets for our Mexico City office. The role operates 24 × 7, ensuring that desktops, laptops, mobile devices and network services remain functional and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux platforms.
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment, maintaining accurate asset records.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user issues, escalating to Level 2 when needed.
• Maintain office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points and related networking equipment.
• Conduct inventory audits, manage warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal and stock levels.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations and technology deployments for events.
• Coordinate with remote support teams and third‑party vendors, providing remote‑hands assistance when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices and printers.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Hands‑on experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams and vendors.
