About the role
RRS Group is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Systems Engineer, New College Grad – 2026, to join its technology team supporting infrastructure, cloud platforms, and emerging AI‑driven operational initiatives. This position offers recent graduates hands‑on experience with enterprise systems, cloud technologies, automation, and data‑driven infrastructure management within a fast‑paced real‑estate and property‑management environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server, storage, and GPU‑based infrastructure.
- Support cloud services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Shell, Java, or JavaScript.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health.
- Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure modernization and operational improvements.
- Participate in hardware, software, networking, and cloud issue troubleshooting.
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization and operational reporting.
- Explore integration of Generative AI tools into infrastructure management workflows.
- Support incident response, security monitoring, and compliance activities.
- Contribute to backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, IT or related field, graduating between May 2025 and August 2026.
- Less than 6 months of relevant full‑time work experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Required skills
- Python, Shell scripting, Java, JavaScript, HTML, Perl.
- Linux/Unix operating systems and system administration.
- Familiarity with Dell, HPE, Supermicro, and NVIDIA GPU hardware.
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of containerization, virtualization, or infrastructure automation tools.
- Proficiency with data‑visualization tools: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
