Quality Assurance Rater – Spanish (Mexico) – Part‑time Remote

About the role

Join a global AI community as a Quality Assurance Rater focused on Spanish content for Mexico. You will evaluate search results and AI‑generated answers, providing feedback that improves the performance of leading search engines and AI models. The role is flexible, remote and part‑time, paid per completed task.

Key responsibilities

• Assess search results and AI‑generated content for relevance, accuracy, usefulness and quality.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently and document edge cases, guideline gaps and task‑related issues.
• Provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings when required.
• Identify and report inconsistencies or gaps in rating guidelines.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions and ongoing quality reviews while meeting productivity targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills.
• Resident in Mexico for the last five consecutive years.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and research abilities.
• Experience using web browsers, search engines and online research tools.
• Reliable broadband internet connection, smartphone and personal computer.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• Demonstrated research capability through professional background or self‑directed projects.
