IT Technician Level 2

About the role

We are seeking a Level 2 IT Technician to provide on‑site technical support in our Mexico City office. You will be responsible for maintaining hardware, troubleshooting software and network issues, and delivering a high‑quality end‑user experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, and operating systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
• Manage incidents and resolutions through a ticketing system.
• Support Windows, Linux, and basic Microsoft Server environments.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance to end users.

Required profile

• Technical degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or technician role.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
