Java Software Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Java Software Engineer to join our development team and turn functional product requirements into robust application‑layer code. You will work on traditional web applications, translating visual designs into functional user interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java/J2EE based web applications using Spring Framework and related technologies.
- Implement REST and SOAP web services and integrate them with front‑end components.
- Write unit tests with JUnit and ensure code quality through logging and best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert visual designs into functional interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
Required profile
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented design and web application architecture.
- Experience with API development (REST & SOAP) and database interaction.
