Jr. Content Designer

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Junior Content Designer to support the creation of print, digital and motion assets. In this specialist role you will work closely with the brand and marketing teams to develop production‑ready graphics that align with brand guidelines and consumer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in concept development.
• Design low‑complexity projects from scratch, including graphics, photo retouching and mockups.
• Create and adapt visual assets for digital ads, POS, and other touchpoints based on existing key visuals and brand guidelines.
• Produce simple print artworks and support versioning of existing brand assets.
• Ensure consistency and act as a brand guardian by adhering to brand standards.
• Incorporate feedback to continuously improve designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Strong creative portfolio available online or as a PDF.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of print design.
• At least 1 year of experience working with creative teams in agency or in‑house environments (preferred).
