Junior Account Manager – Music Distribution

About the role

Warner Music Group is seeking a Junior Account Manager for its TuStreams division. In this position you will act as the primary strategic advisor and "Tower of Control" for exclusive label partners, balancing high‑level release strategy with detailed operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for label partners, managing day‑to‑day workflow and communication.
• Develop and implement release strategies that align with partner goals.
• Execute operational tasks, including distribution coordination and royalty tracking.
• Troubleshoot royalty discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Conceptualize and support digital‑marketing activations to drive audience engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their music reaches a global audience.
