Junior Business Architect – Collections

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Architect to join Klar’s Collections team in Mexico City. In this full‑time hybrid role you will help design and improve the data flows, reporting and operational structures that drive our credit‑bureau and collections products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Credit Bureau‑related processes, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
• Map, document and optimise end‑to‑end workflows across bureau reporting and collections products.
• Design and enhance reporting frameworks to monitor portfolio performance, operational efficiency and recovery outcomes.
• Define, track and analyse performance metrics for internal and external teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish governance standards and support scalable operational structures aligned with the Collections strategy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align data requirements.
• Support the implementation of automation initiatives to improve collection efficiency.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in financial services and collections.
• Ability to own projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proactive problem‑solver with ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools.
